Job Description Summary

The core deliverables for the LatAm EPICS (Entertainment, Partnerships, Influencers, Culture, and Sports) team are to contribute to business opportunities, enabling category objectives by identifying, creating, amplifying, and scaling compelling brand assets and passion points.

The team leads all aspects of the company's partnerships within Latin America, working with current and future sports and entertainment organizations to support category growth and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional music and entertainment relationships, ensuring flawless delivery of rights to benefit brand plans.
  • Develop and execute strategies for assets and partnerships, including regional music and entertainment events.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage high-level external relationships.
  • Support marketing transformation by leveraging entertainment and culture to connect with consumers.
  • Manage and scale global and regional partnerships, including sourcing, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of major music festivals and industry engagements.
  • Lead negotiations and manage relationships with music rights holders, artists, and industry partners.
  • Manage budgets and oversee complex, multi-year partnership negotiations.
Experience and Skills
  • 13-15 years of marketing experience, with a strong understanding of the music and entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience managing EPICS assets and partnerships.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, emerging technologies, and influencer marketing.
Work Focus and Communication
  • Provide strategic guidance to brand, creative, and media teams.
  • Lead transformational change in asset management and brand strategy alignment.
  • Engage frequently with senior leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge Requirements
  • Mastery in assets strategy, partnership development, and sponsorship value enhancement.
  • Experience with digital marketing, emerging tech, influencer marketing, and the entertainment industry.
