This position reports to

Business Manager - E2E

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will take full ownership of all project execution activities for the IDS Americas, ensuring excellence and efficiency across every stage. You will be responsible for leading the project engineering organization, ensuring that industrial software projects are delivered in line with ABB's procedures, customer and contractual requirements, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental guidelines, as well as financial and scheduling targets. Your role will also include developing the project execution teams and implementing standardized processes to continuously improve operational effectiveness. In this position, you will focus on driving engineering excellence, standardizing delivery processes, and optimizing team capabilities within the region to meet and exceed quality and profitability KPIs. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to advance ABB’s automation and digital project execution. Your leadership will enhance digital project delivery and contribute to increased margins through efficient execution and proactive change management.

Qualifications for the role

• Over ten years of experience and a strong track record in project or program management within the automation and OT/software industries, with a focus on digitalization and industrial software. A background in one or more of ABB’s core industrial sectors, including Mining, Pulp & Paper, Metals, or Cement, is ideal. Proven collaborator and an inspirational leader with the ability to drive success in both direct and matrixed organizations.
