A leading technology services provider is seeking a Media Planning Manager to join its Digital Media team in Porto Alegre. This role involves developing and managing media plans for Mobility products, focusing on digital channels such as SEM and programmatic advertising. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning, demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. A passion for digital marketing and a track record of successful campaigns are essential.
WEX is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Media Planning Manager to join our Digital Media team. You will play a vital role in developing and managing comprehensive media plans for our Mobility product.
Assist in the development and activation of SEM & programmatic and paid social digital media plans and campaign work for multiple lines of business.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to understand campaign KPIs and target audiences.
Incorporate digital media strategies across various channels aligned with overall marketing goals. (Experience buying : Display, Video, Audio, Native, CTV, & DOOH is a plus)
Ensure all campaigns are serving in full and troubleshoot any delivery issues.
Generate monthly financial reports on campaign spending.
Monitor campaign tests, report on results and performance metrics.
Analyze campaign performance data and identify areas for optimization to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the programmatic advertising landscape.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field and a minimum 5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on digital channels.
Experience with Google & Bings Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, Looker Studio, G-Suite, DV360, The Trade Desk. GTM, Salesforce and media planning tools is a plus.
Experience with media billing, POs, IOs and media spend reporting is a plus.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful programmatic, SEM, and Social advertising campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of programmatic buying practices and DSPs (DV360 and / or The Trade Desk preferred).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
