Main responsibilities:

Owns assigned MD&A projects

  • Independently provides IT due diligence on potential MD&A projects

  • Coordinates with functional teams to build cross-functional IT teams for MD&A execution

  • Leads cross-functional IT project teams

Develops strategic relationships

  • Partners across the enterprise (Legal, Financial, Corporate Development, etc.) to ensure that IT aspects of MD&A activities are properly planned, managed and executed

  • Partners with other IT experts while navigating competing priorities

  • Engages with buyers/sellers on behalf of K-C

Demonstrates Continuous Improvement

  • Updates and maintains the MD&A Playbook for DTS

  • Demonstrates influence to encourage the use of past learnings

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

  • 7+ years IT experience, with a deep understanding of key business processes and the technologies associated with them

  • Broad IT experience with depth in at least two areas

  • Experience in large, complex consumer-oriented industries

  • Experience leading complex initiatives requiring coordination across multi functional workstreams

  • Exceptional Project Management background

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • History of delivering value
