A forward-thinking company is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance brand presence on Reddit. This role involves crafting authentic content, engaging with communities, and managing brand reputation. Availability: Part-time (approx. 20–30 hours/week)
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and highly resourceful Digital Marketing Specialistwho understands Reddit inside and out. This person will play a key role in managing multiple content systems on Reddit, helping out client's brands grow their presence, protect their reputation, and stay top-of-mind in relevant communities.
Create and post authentic, engaging content on Reddit across relevant subreddits.
Strategically engage in threads where the brand or its competitors are mentioned, adding value while promoting products naturally.
Monitor Reddit for new brand or competitor mentions and respond quickly when needed.
Proactively address and manage negative press or harmful threads related to the brand.
Collaborate with the internal team to align tone, messaging, and content strategy.
Track and report on engagement, sentiment, and impact of Reddit activity.
Based in Latin America (must-have).
Strong command of English, both written and conversational.
Deep understanding of Reddit culture, tone, and best practices.
Experience participating in or managing Reddit communities (personal or professional).
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and stay authentic.
Ability to act independently with good judgment – this is not a "spammy" role.
