We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our brand's presence across key digital channels. This role is responsible for the setup, execution, and performance monitoring of brand and location-level social media, Google Business Profiles, and LinkedIn. You'll also serve as a strategic liaison between our marketing team, third-party media agencies, and our franchisee network, helping ensure campaigns are aligned, efficient, and effective.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about both paid and organic digital marketing strategies. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic consulting and vendor collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage structure and content for location-level and brand social media accounts (primarily Facebook and Instagram), including content planning, publishing, and light moderation
- Digital Advertising Support: Collaborate with media vendors on strategy, campaign setup, and performance review for paid media channels.
- Franchisee Consulting: Provide hands-on support and strategic guidance to franchisees regarding their local digital marketing campaigns, spend recommendations, and best practices
- Creative Coordination: Collaborate with internal design team to brief and deliver social media creative assets
- Performance Reporting: Review and interpret media performance dashboards to identify opportunities, share learnings, and refine future strategies
- Google Business Profiles: Oversee the setup, optimization, and management of Google Business Profiles for all locations, ensuring consistent branding, accurate info, and high visibility
- LinkedIn Management: Maintain and grow the corporate LinkedIn presence, supporting both brand positioning and franchise development marketing
- Industry Research: Stay informed on social platform changes, digital trends, and local marketing innovations to keep the brand at the forefront
Qualifications- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a multi-location or franchise setting
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profiles, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with Google Ads, paid social, and basic performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS)
- Experience working with or managing external media vendors or agencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support franchisee education
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Curious, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote work environment
