Job Description: Digital Media Strategist at Labelium

Labelium is a leading Digital Performance Agency dedicated to driving business growth through data-driven strategies across 16 countries and 23 global offices. Since 2001, our team of over 1,300 professionals has partnered with hundreds of local and international companies, helping them develop and secure a strong market presence. We design and implement innovative, performance-driven, and cost-efficient digital strategies, ensuring successful e-commerce and e-retail programs.

About the Role: As a Digital Media Strategist, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop, execute, and manage impactful media strategies that drive success. Your responsibilities will include selecting effective media channels and optimizing budgets to maximize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive strategic media plans.
  2. Create and optimize digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  3. Manage campaign pacing, adjust budgets, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  4. Track, report, and analyze campaign performance.
  5. Present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews to clients, including campaign results, competitive data, learnings, and recommendations.
  6. Serve as the client's key point of contact, manage projects and deadlines, deliver client reports, and analyze media campaign results.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in English and digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Amazon Ads and/or SEO is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, GA4, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc., is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and honesty.
  • Strong analytical skills.
