A leading tech company is seeking a digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM) to manage remote projects focusing on IT Service Management and SAP solutions. This role requires strong technical skills in SAP and troubleshooting, along with proficiency in English and possibly other languages. The position lasts 4 to 6 months, and candidates should have a background in managing customer engagements. This is a remote position with a distribution effort of 5 days a week.
