Lever, Inc. is seeking a Digital Ad Quality Analyst to ensure video and static ad assets meet rigorous specs and brand guidelines. You will train and coach an AI-assisted QC system, auditing AI outputs and feeding data to improve accuracy and speed.

In a fast-paced international remote environment, you review assets for global DTC and ecommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Strong English and detail orientation are essential.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in quality control, proofreading, editorial review, or related content auditing.
• Native-level English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Highly accurate and methodical quality control approach.
• Familiarity with digital review tools and media workflows; Frame.io or Monday.com a plus.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Ad Quality Analyst (AI-Assisted QC) based in Brazil.

In this role, you will act as the final gatekeeper for creative quality, ensuring video and static ad assets meet rigorous technical specifications, platform guidelines, and client requirements before delivery. Operating in a fast-paced, international remote environment, you will review high-volume digital content created for leading direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV. Beyond traditional quality control, you will play a direct role in shaping the future of ad verification by training an emerging AI-assisted QC system. By auditing AI output, identifying false positives and negatives, and refining reference datasets, you will directly enhance system accuracy and operational speed. This opportunity is tailored for a detail-obsessed reviewer who thrives at the intersection of media quality, brand compliance, and emerging AI technology.

Accountabilities:

• Ad Quality & Asset Review: Meticulously review short-form video and static image ad assets to detect errors in copy, visual composition, graphics, and audio sync prior to client delivery.

• Compliance & Spec Verification: Verify that all creative assets adhere strictly to platform specifications, client briefs, and updated brand and legal guidelines.

• Defect Documentation: Systematically assess, categorize, and document asset issues by type and severity to facilitate rapid creative revisions.

• AI QC System Support: Evaluate AI-assisted checker outputs, flagging false positives and false negatives to provide structured feedback and training data that improves system accuracy.

• Brand & Legal Maintenance: Update and maintain client-specific legal DISCLAIMERS AND BRAND reference materials within the QC database, identifying gaps or inconsistencies.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in quality control, proofreading, editorial review, or a closely related content auditing role.

• Language & Communication: Native-level English fluency with exceptional grammar and spelling acuity, paired with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail Orientation: Highly accurate and methodical approach to quality control, with a proven ability to prioritize effectively across high volumes of work.

• Technical Comfort: Familiarity with digital communication tools, media review software, and computer applications; experience with tools like Frame.io or Monday.com is a plus.

• AI Interest: Interest in emerging AI technologies and how automated tools integrate into modern creative and quality workflows.
