- Must be a College Graduate of any Business Course
- Must have sales experience related to healthcare, particularly Dialysis
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
Job Summary

- Experience with Dialysis equipment is highly desirable but not essential
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare the weekly itinerary and daily post-call reports.
- Attend meetings with the sales team (twice a day).
- Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet the territory target, aligned with business unit, division, and corporate expectations.
- Manage and develop sales activities within the dialysis market for the territory.
- Identify key customers within the territory and develop solid relationships to promote focus products and the company.
- Understand competitors and their activities.
- Stay updated on market developments and trends, and regularly report this information back to the company.
- Identify business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating industry position, researching, and analyzing sales options.
- Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and proposing new opportunities; suggesting profit and service improvements.
- Plan and propose sales and marketing strategies to management for approval.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by BEI, which may evolve over time.
Salary Range
Php 15,000 basic salary plus Php 5,000 allowances. Reimbursements for transportation (gas, tolls) and food are also provided.

- Cavite and Laguna area
- Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, and Albay area
- Nueva Ecija and Nueva Vizcaya
- Isabela, Quirino, Ifugao, and Cagayan area
- Ilocos Sur, Norte, and Abra
