About the Role

We are seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to drive mobile growth through data-driven campaigns and continuous optimization. You will own the planning, execution, and scaling of paid acquisition across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, App Store Search Ads, and other major mobile ad networks. Success in this role means delivering high-quality users at target CPI and ROAS while collaborating closely with Creative, Data, Lifecycle, and Product teams to ensure alignment with retention and monetization goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, App Store Search Ads, and other DSPs.
  • Build and maintain scalable campaign structures including ad sets, audiences, and creative testing strategies focused on acquisition and LTV goals.
  • Develop segmentation and retargeting strategies to support full-funnel growth and re-engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPI, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and install-to-subscription conversion rates.
  • Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize ROI within set performance targets.
  • Partner with Creative and Lifecycle Marketing to coordinate A/B testing and optimize creatives, landing pages, and user flows.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current with ad platform policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure competitive performance.
  • Explore new channels, run experimental tests, and identify emerging growth opportunities.
  • Document campaign learnings and share them across teams.

Requirements

  • Based in Latin America, able to work fully remotely.
  • English: C1 or C2 fluency (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years experience in mobile user acquisition or digital performance marketing.
  • Proven track record managing six-figure monthly ad budgets with ROI targets.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and App Store Search Ads.
  • Experience with mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
  • Deep understanding of mobile marketing metrics (CPI, ROAS, CAC, LTV).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong ownership mindset with proven collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in gaming, subscription apps, or mobile-first startups.
  • Familiarity with creative briefing and iterative testing cycles.
  • Strong curiosity for emerging trends in mobile growth and ad creative performance.

  • Full-time, remote position for LATAM-based talent.
  • Must have a minimum 4-hour overlap with EST (UTC-5).
  • Success in first 3-6 months: Consistently meets or exceeds UA performance targets, delivers clear reporting and insights, and launches high-impact A/B tests that improve ROI.
