Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a DevOps (won) based in Brazil to design reliable, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure for large-scale SaaS applications. You will work across development, infrastructure, security, and operations to improve how software is built, deployed, and maintained.

The role combines hands-on engineering with automation and continuous improvement, defining cloud environments, enhancing production stability, and improving developer experience.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps or site reliability in SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale SaaS apps, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Strong Linux and AWS cloud infrastructure experience.
• Python scripting or programming ability.
• CI/CD knowledge with Jenkins and GitHub.
• GitOps mindset and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, CloudWatch, and Prometheus.
• Understanding of security best practices for cloud and applications.
• Ability to evaluate infrastructure architecture and lead proof-of-concepts.

Working closely with R&D teams and technical experts, you will contribute to solutions that support demanding production environments.

Accountabilities

• Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions supporting large-scale SaaS applications.
• Define and architect cloud environments with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and optimization processes.
• Improve development cycles, software delivery processes, and the overall developer experience.
• Establish, adopt, and promote DevOps best practices across development and engineering teams.
• Train and support development teams on infrastructure, deployment, reliability, and operational best practices.
• Conduct architectural proof-of-concepts and reviews to validate technical approaches and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously evaluate infrastructure security, service-level objectives, and operational performance.
• Contribute to technology roadmap planning from initial ideation through deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Develop or introduce new tools, frameworks, and automation solutions that increase team productivity.
• Work closely with R&D teams to improve production stability, reliability, and troubleshooting processes.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and production issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Implement and improve monitoring and observability practices across cloud environments.
• Contribute to application and infrastructure security initiatives and help promote secure engineering practices.
• Participate in infrastructure optimization efforts to improve efficiency, resilience, and cost effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, site reliability, or a closely related role.
• Experience supporting large-scale SaaS applications, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve them.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools, with experience using technologies such as Jenkins and GitHub.
• A strong GitOps mindset and understanding of modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, and Prometheus.
• Good understanding of infrastructure and application security best practices.
• Ability to evaluate infrastructure architecture, conduct technical proof-of-concepts, and contribute to sound architectural decisions.
• Strong infrastructure automation and optimization capabilities.
