Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner, seeks a Cloud Solutions Architecture & Development Specialist (Azure) based in Brazil. This senior, hands-on role focuses on designing, modernizing, and implementing complex cloud and software solutions using Microsoft Azure.

You will lead architecture decisions, migrate and refactor applications, and oversee API integrations while mentoring developers and coordinating with international stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in software architecture and software development, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
• Understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID, design patterns, modularization, APIs, resilience, and distributed systems.
• Practical Azure expertise with services such as App Service, Functions, AKS, Storage, SQL, Key Vault, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Monitor/Insights, Entra ID.
• Proven experience with migration and modernization, including risk analysis and migration planning.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration architectures (sync/async, messaging, events, retries, idempotency).
• Backend development, databases, caching, asynchronous processing, performance optimization, and scalable design.
• Docker, CI/CD, IaC, observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, deployment/rollback strategies.
• Ability to maintain an end-to-end technical vision and coordinate with international stakeholders.
• Fluent English is required.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cloud Solutions Architecture & Development Specialist (Azure) based in Brazil.

This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for an experienced technology professional to design, modernize, and implement complex cloud and software solutions. You will combine software architecture expertise with deep Microsoft Azure knowledge to build scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available systems. The role spans application modernization, cloud migration, integrations, backend development, and DevOps practices. You will assess existing environments, make strategic technical decisions, and help transform legacy applications into modern architectures. Working closely with developers, clients, technical teams, and international stakeholders, you will provide both architectural leadership and practical technical guidance. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems while maintaining a strong end-to-end view of enterprise technology landscapes.

Accountabilities:

• Analyze existing applications, architectures, and technology environments to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and improved performance.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Plan and support application migrations to Microsoft Azure using appropriate approaches such as rehost, replatform, refactor, and rearchitect.
• Design and oversee integrations between APIs, applications, databases, cloud services, and external platforms.
• Make and support technical decisions across software architecture, backend and frontend development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.
• Investigate complex technical challenges, identify root causes, and guide teams toward effective and sustainable solutions.
• Apply architectural principles including Clean Architecture, SOLID, Design Patterns, modularization, resilience, and distributed-system design.
• Define integration patterns covering synchronous and asynchronous communication, messaging, events, queues, webhooks, authentication, API versioning, retries, timeouts, and idempotency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution specifications, and other engineering artifacts.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers while supporting architecture reviews and implementation decisions.
• Consider system dependencies, risks, scalability, performance, and downstream impacts when making architecture and modernization decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams, clients, and international stakeholders throughout solution design and implementation.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience in software architecture and software development, ideally within complex corporate or enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, modularization, APIs, resilience, and distributed systems.
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly services such as App Service, Azure Functions, Container Apps or AKS, Storage, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Monitor/Application Insights, and Entra ID.
• Proven experience with application migration and modernization, including dependency assessment, risk analysis, migration planning, and selection of appropriate migration strategies.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration architectures, including synchronous and asynchronous integrations, messaging, events, queues, webhooks, authentication, API versioning, retry mechanisms, timeouts, and idempotency.
• Experience with backend development, relational and non-relational databases, caching, asynchronous processing, performance optimization, and scalable system design.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, logging, metrics, tracing, monitoring, and deployment/rollback strategies.
• Ability to maintain an end-to-end technical vision, understanding dependencies and potential impacts across interconnected systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to investigate complex technical issues and make sound architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to developers, clients, and international stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a senior, hands-on role that combines strategic architecture with practical implementation.
• Fluent English is required.
