We are looking for an outstanding DevOps Tech Lead to join BairesDev’s Research & Development Team (R&D).

Our R&D team is a crucial part of our technology solutions that generate millions in revenue every year. We handle challenges such as Data analysis, Machine Learning, Desktop, and web development, with new projects emerging daily to foster innovation.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the team responsible for infrastructure migration to IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
• Build and deploy monitoring and alerting systems across our infrastructure.
• Complete migration to CI/CD deployment model.
• Support integration projects with third-party services (Payment Rails, SMS/Email, KYC, Analytics, etc.).
• Build, maintain, and enforce InfoSec compliance efforts across the organization.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Microservices and Cloud environments.
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms.
• IT infrastructure expertise.
• Intermediate management of agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Experience developing full applications from scratch.
• Experience with automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and ensuring code coverage.
• Advanced English proficiency.
