Responsibilities

1. Support development teams on understanding the CI process and best practices
2. Analyze and develop system security solutions
3. Work with other teams to plan and execute systems and software migration
4. Assist the software and system architectures to be in synchronization
5. Study and search new technologies/tools doing POC, analyzing the results and recommendations
6. Contribute to risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture
7. Document best practices and create development resources to be used by developers
8. Assess effectiveness of the technical solution and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
9. Provide software development services as needed
10. Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to enhance system reliability and performance
11. Continuously improve development pipelines through automation and optimization of existing processes
12. Participate actively in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of incidents

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, Engineering, Physics or other with logical and analytical background, or 6+ years work experience in a technical role in lieu of no bachelor’s degree
2. 3+ years of experience in DevOps
3. Hands-on experience with continuous integration, unit testing and software development
4. Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
5. Infrastructure as Code, e.g. Terraform, Chef
6. Practical knowledge of Docker and containers
7. Experience with Agile methodologies - SCRUM or KANBAN
8. English skills (verbal and written)
9. Practical knowledge of Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

1. Programming for Windows and Linux systems
2. Experience in Cloud architecture and systems
3. Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery systems and tools
4. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
5. Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers
6. Hands-on development experience or full understanding of development pipeline and process
7. Knowledge of software development best practices for the complete life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, unit testing, integrated testing and deployment
8. Software development skills, preferably in C#
9. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana)
10. Familiarity with artifact repositories and package management tools (e.g., JFrog Artifactory)
11. Knowledge of container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS)
12. Certification in relevant technologies (Cloud provider certifications, DevOps Engineer, etc.)
