Qualificações

• Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em marketing e desenvolvimento de marca.

Responsabilidades

• Adaptar e executar campanhas de marketing para a marca Deva Curl.
• Liderar a amplificação digital, incluindo mídias sociais e eCommerce.
• Gerar insights locais a partir da compreensão do consumidor.
• Apoiar atividades promocionais e execução em loja.
• Gerenciar P&L da marca.

What you'll do

• Adapt and execute local market campaigns and marketing mix for the Deva Curl brand.
• Lead digital amplification and execution, including social media, PR, influencers, and eCommerce.
• Generate local insights through actions and programs, especially from deep consumer understanding.
• Support trade and sales activities, including promotional calendars and in-store execution.
• Conduct portfolio management, new launches, and local innovation activities.
• Manage resources needed and ensure timely local execution of initiatives.
• Support demand and production planning.
• Track and control brand P&L.

What makes you a good fit

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand development, and building a solid digital and social media knowledge.
• Financial planning and budgeting skills.
• Experience in the hair care market is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
