Role Overview

The Mid-Level Designer will engage in creative and strategic tasks, handling medium-complexity challenges and contributing to the creation of graphics, motion, and video editing materials. Responsible for adapting pieces for different audiences, utilizing performance data to optimize campaigns, and generating design insights for client businesses.

Main Responsibilities

• Create sophisticated graphics and animations tailored to diverse audiences and objectives.
• Use tools like Premiere, Figma, After Effects, and CapCut to develop and optimize creatives.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance data to improve conversion rates.
• Develop motion design techniques to increase campaign engagement.
• Explore AI tools to accelerate creative processes and enhance visual quality.
• Provide insights and creative solutions, applying design and performance fundamentals.
• Justify design choices with data and strategic reasoning.

Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
• Experience creating intermediate animations and landing pages.
• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize creatives.
• Knowledge of UX/UI techniques and performance-focused design.
• Autonomy to develop materials for various audiences and campaigns.
