How you will contribute to our magical experience?
You will join our creative team to bring visual storytelling to life across key Disney Consumer Products experiences. We’re looking for someone passionate about design, with strong aesthetic sense and a sharp eye for trends and innovation in branding, marketing and retail.
Your main responsibilities:
Create branding and visual identity projects.
Develop illustrations that align with creative strategies.
Design graphic concepts, key visuals and marketing materials for POS, Retail and Marketing activations.
Build and present project decks in English or Spanish
Participate in brainstorming sessions and alignment meetings with the team.
Present creative concepts and defend design solutions with clarity.
Bring proactive ideas tailored to the consumer products segment.
Identify and apply consumption trends to ongoing creative projects.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
Degree in Design, Industrial Design, Advertising, Architecture or related fields.
Solid experience in Art Direction, from concept to execution.
Fluency in English and/or Spanish is essential, as daily interactions with regional and global teams are part of the routine
Prior experience in companies or creative agencies.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong ability to translate creative concepts into impactful graphic materials.
Excellent organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Willingness to grow, expand creative repertoire and strengthen innovation skills.
