Position Summary

We are looking for a Mid / Senior UX / UI Designer to join a fast-growing USA startup and play a crucial role in shaping user experiences. You will work closely with global teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to design intuitive and visually appealing digital products. Your expertise will be essential in creating user-centered designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications that align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to refine design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Work in real-time collaboration with distributed teams across different time zones.
• Participate in daily huddles and sprint-based development cycles.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Experience :

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX / UI design.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience working with developers to implement UI designs effectively.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments with daily standups and sprint planning.
• Previous experience working remotely with distributed teams is a plus.

Skills :

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in real time.
