Objective

Oversee hotel interior design projects, ensuring they meet brand standards and are delivered within budget and timeline constraints. Collaborate with stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple interior design projects at various stages, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Collaborate with VP of Interior Architecture to align hotel/partner aspirations.
• Document project phases for proper billing.
• Review potential projects with development teams to facilitate contract signing.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design quality and brand compliance.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with departments (IT, Operations, F&B) for integrated design solutions.
• Implement design strategies for hotel brands.
• Mentor junior team members and guide complex design challenges.
• Lead design workshops and brainstorm sessions for brand evolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior architecture or design, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of hotel design standards and trends.
• Experience managing multiple hotel projects.
• Knowledge of F&B and FF&E industries.
• Understanding of financial constraints and profitability indicators.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and visual communication skills.
• Construction knowledge, including building codes and regulations.
• Fluent in Portuguese, English, and advanced Spanish.
