Node Developer at BairesDev

Being a Node Senior Developer in our Development Team is just like being a full-time problem solver. We expect your abilities to be a combination of experience, knowledge, and independence. So, if you are willing to take on the most complex tasks and master your tech stack, such as React or Node.js, then you are probably one of those unique we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do:

1. Architect Bandit backend systems using best practices.
2. Implement and iterate features in a tactical manner and rapid pace.
3. Work collaboratively and efficiently across functional teams in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment.
4. Design, extend, and implement APIs.
5. Maintain high standards of engineering quality through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics.
6. Create engineering efficiencies through automation and development of tools.
7. Define engineering processes for product launches and releases.
8. Help grow the world-class engineering team by conducting technical interviews.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with microservices and cloud technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of algorithms.
• IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Intermediate understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN code, and scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience developing entire applications from scratch.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with version control systems.
• Advanced English proficiency.
