Qualificações

• Pelo menos 4 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento RPA, análise de sistemas ou engenharia de automação.
• Sólidos conhecimentos de lógica de programação e desenvolvimento backend (Java, NodeJS ou Python).
• Experiência prática com ferramentas RPA (principalmente UiPath), incluindo desenvolvimento e orquestração de bots.

Responsabilidades

• Analisar, mapear e documentar processos de negócios aptos para automação, identificando oportunidades de melhoria.
• Coletar e traduzir requisitos de negócios em especificações técnicas de automação com stakeholders.
• Desenvolver, testar, implantar e manter bots de RPA com ferramentas da indústria (UiPath).
• Implementar integrações entre sistemas via APIs REST e garantir troca de dados entre plataformas.
• Dar suporte à manutenção, monitoramento e melhoria contínua das automações existentes.

This role is centered on designing and delivering intelligent automation solutions that streamline complex business processes across large-scale, multi-industry environments. You will work at the intersection of business analysis and software engineering, transforming manual workflows into efficient RPA-driven automations. The position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and implement robust robotic solutions. You will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining bots while ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and delivering end-to-end RPA solutions that optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Analyze, map, and document business processes suitable for automation, identifying improvement opportunities
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical automation specifications in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA bots using industry-standard tools (such as UiPath)
• Implement integrations between systems using RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data exchange across platforms
• Support the maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of existing automation solutions
• Apply RPA methodologies and CoE (Center of Excellence) standards to ensure governance and quality delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments to ensure timely and high-quality releases
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, ensuring stability and performance under production conditions

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior-level RPA professional with strong development, integration, and process analysis capabilities.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in RPA development, systems analysis, or automation engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of programming logic and backend development using Java, NodeJS, or Python
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools (especially UiPath), including bot development and orchestration
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and automation lifecycle methodologies (CoE practices)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration techniques
• Experience using version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, AI assistants, or machine learning concepts is a plus
