This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a DESENVOLVEDOR APEX FULLSTACK SR based in Brazil.

This role is ideal for a senior developer who combines strong technical expertise with a broad understanding of business and systems.
You will design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot applications within the Oracle APEX ecosystem.
The position goes beyond front-end development, requiring deep knowledge of Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database.
You will contribute to solutions that prioritize quality, security, performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
The role also involves integrations, technical and architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development practices.
You will work with modern development and version-control tools while collaborating with other technical professionals and supporting less experienced team members.
Autonomy, analytical thinking, and a strong problem-solving mindset will be key to delivering reliable solutions that meet business needs.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and evolve Oracle APEX applications: Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Oracle APEX, ensuring solutions are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Build database solutions: Develop robust solutions using PL/SQL and Oracle Database, including Procedures, Functions, Packages, Views, and other database objects.
• Develop integrations: Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, REST Data Sources, Web Services, and related technologies to connect applications and external systems.
• Customize application interfaces: Develop and enhance APEX interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to deliver functional and effective user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and optimize: Investigate and resolve application and database issues, including performance problems and technical challenges involving PL/SQL and JavaScript.
• Contribute to technical decisions: Participate in technical and architectural discussions, helping define solutions that prioritize security, performance, quality, and maintainability.
• Promote development quality: Conduct code reviews and contribute to development standards, best practices, and continuous improvements across the technical environment.
• Manage version control: Work with Git, GitLab, or similar tools to support versioning, collaboration, and controlled change management.
• Support technical development: Provide technical guidance to less experienced professionals, sharing knowledge and helping strengthen development practices across the team.

Requirements

• Oracle APEX expertise: Solid and proven professional experience developing applications with Oracle APEX.
• Oracle certification: Active or demonstrable Oracle APEX certification.
• PL/SQL proficiency: Strong command of PL/SQL and practical experience developing database-driven solutions.
• Oracle Database knowledge: Solid knowledge of Oracle Database and its development ecosystem.
• Front-end development: Practical experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS applied within Oracle APEX applications.
• Integration experience: Hands-on experience developing and working with REST APIs and related integration technologies.
• Troubleshooting skills: Proven ability to investigate and resolve technical issues involving PL/SQL, JavaScript, application behavior, and database performance.
• Security and performance: Knowledge of best practices for application security, performance optimization, and Oracle APEX development.
• Version control: Experience with Git, GitLab, or similar version-control and collaboration tools.
• Professional profile: Autonomous, analytical, and highly oriented toward problem-solving, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
