Overview

Join one of the biggest IT Services companies in the world. We are looking for a Desenvolvedor Python (with experience in the financial sector + derivative focus) for a CLT contract in a hybrid work model (with possibility of remote) in the city of São Paulo.

In this role you will:

• We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to work in the financial sector. The professional will be responsible for supporting and developing systems used in derivatives management, ensuring integration between technology and business needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Read, interpret, and understand letters and technical documents for derivatives models.
• Evaluate and conduct technical assessments of legacy systems and propose improvements.
• Design and implement solutions with modern technologies, aligned with business needs.
• Support business areas (front, middle, and back office) in solving operational and technological problems.
• Participate in the analysis, specification, and implementation of improvements to trading and risk platforms.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations of the Central Bank and CVM.
• Conduct testing, technical documentation, and training for key users.

• Degree in Mathematics or Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of derivatives and treasury financial products, including:
• Futures contracts (e.g., dollar, DI, commodities)
• Interest rate and currency swaps
• Options (calls and puts)
• Forwards
• Experience analyzing legacy systems and the ability to design solutions based on modern technology.
• Programming skills (SQL, Python, C#, .NET Core, Java, or other relevant language).
• Analytical skills and good interpersonal communication.
• Intermediate/advanced English is preferred.
