Responsibilities:

1. Undertake monthly theme development direction and output weekly theme development plan;
2. Collect style images through different channels and complete selection and inventory of styles;
3. Draw style sketches, match fabrics and accessories, create design specification sheets to ensure the accuracy of product development;
4. Communicate product style structure, review garment samples, ensuring satisfaction with garment fit and sample implementation;
5. Review product photoshoots, ensure product image quality, and complete product listing;
6. Regularly review product listing data, complete product optimization;
7. Professional competence development and empowerment.

Requirements:

1. Degree in fashion design; proficient in English.
2. Have 2 years or more of denim design experience, able to independently review denim patterns. Experience in denim brands or denim factories is preferred.
3. Good at summarizing and analyzing slow-selling items, understanding customer needs, making quick responses, and applying them to new product development;
4. Proficient in computer graphic design and office software usage skills;
5. Familiar with denim supply chain, possessing in-depth knowledge of denim fabrics and production processes.
6. Meticulous, efficient, responsible, and able to work under pressure as required by the job.
7. High comprehension, cheerful personality, good communication skills, and a serious and responsible work attitude.
