Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Manage all project lifecycle phases, ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, develop project plans, facilitate stakeholder communication, and implement delivery processes.
2. Client Relations: Act as primary contact, build strong relationships, conduct status meetings, and address client feedback effectively.
3. Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor financials, prepare reports, and oversee team compensation to ensure profitability.
4. Delivery & Process Management: Lead project execution, define scope and objectives, mitigate risks, ensure client satisfaction, and improve project management processes.
5. Team Leadership: Oversee team tasks, foster collaboration, conduct evaluations, mentor team members, and coordinate recruitment and promotions.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in project/delivery management
• Proven experience as a delivery manager managing projects from inception to completion
• Strong financial management skills and experience with project budgets and negotiations
• Experience managing external clients
• Proficiency with project management tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience collaborating with developers, project managers, and account managers
• Ability to prepare proposals and manage pre-sales activities
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
