Responsibilities

1. Serve as the bridge between business, IT, and development, ensuring strategic alignment of deliverables.
2. Lead the technical team and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
3. Govern the team by monitoring KPIs, risks, and project dependencies.
4. Manage backlog and roadmap, ensuring proper prioritization of demands.
5. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices in development.
6. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication.
7. Act as a facilitator in resolving impediments that could impact project delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Leader, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master in development teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and delivery management.
• Ability to translate business demands into technical backlog.
• Skill in facilitating Agile meetings (daily, planning, refinement, retrospective).
• Experience with management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Good communication and negotiation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
