Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a skilled, ambitious Delivery Manager to join our growing HTD Health team at our new branch in Buenos Aires! You will be one of the first team members at the new location and will take part in establishing our HTD team in Argentina. What We Need From You

• Experience in managing individuals and teams
• 5+ years of experience in managing projects
• Ability to grow others and work on constant self-development
• Understanding business environment and requirements of the business
• English fluency (C1+) – both spoken and written
• Willingness to participate in the process of building our HTD community in the new branch

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous projects from product discovery through to release and/or maintenance.
• Leading project/product teams and individuals to successfully deliver results to customers, inspiring, motivating, removing obstacles, and arranging necessary tools and resources.
• Cooperation across the organization to impact operations, growth, and development.
• Ensuring delivered services meet customer needs and agreed outcomes, following good governance, quality, and communication standards.
• Maintaining close relationships with client stakeholders and fostering a client-focused service culture with high performance standards.
• Leading and inspiring teams to ensure exceptional performance.
• Developing individuals to meet organizational needs.
