Delivery Consultant – AI Software Engineering

Remote (South America, supporting US West Coast time zone)

Salary : Competitive + Uncapped Commission

Trust in Soda (part of Trinnovo Group) is looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to join our high-performing US Perm Team. You’ll be working remotely from South America, supporting clients across the West Coast of the US in the fast-growing AI Engineering space (plus software engineering, data science, and machine learning).

This is a chance to work with committed clients and high-calibre candidates, meaning faster placements, bigger fees, and stronger earning potential. You’ll be supporting one of our top performers, giving you exposure to some of the best accounts in the group.

What you’ll do :

• Source, qualify, and build pipelines of top tech talent
• Manage end-to-end candidate processes with speed and precision
• Partner closely with clients and support interviews / feedback
• Write job adverts and manage response effectively

What we’re looking for :

• Fluent English Language skills
• Previous experience as a Delivery Consultant
• Exposure to AI Engineering, software engineering, data science, or ML
• Familiarity with the US West Coast market (ideal)
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and talent pool building skills
