IBM Delivery Consultant in São Paulo is seeking a technically adept professional to lead client engagements with IBM Cloud, Linux, and IaC tooling. You will design, implement and migrate solutions while coordinating across squads and executives in a hybrid delivery model.

Strong scripting, automation, and communication skills are essential, along with comfort in agile environments and complex enterprise environments.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of IBM Cloud fundamentals: VPC, compute instances, networking.
• Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu) with CLI proficiency.
• IaC fundamentals: Terraform or Ansible.
• Ability to follow and produce technical runbooks and delivery docs.
• Scripting proficiency: Bash and/or Python for automation tasks.
• English: Advanced level for client interactions.

Your role and responsibilities

• -Solving Client Challenges Effectively: Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that helps them reach true business value by working thru the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration and product support with a sense of urgency .
• -Agile Planning and Execution: Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
• -Technical Solution Workshops: Conducting and participating in technical solution workshops.
• -Building Effective Relationships: Developing successful relationships at all levels —from engineers to CxOs—with experience of navigating challenging debate to reach healthy resolutions.
• -Self-Motivated Problem Solver: Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.
• -Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM team.

Required technical and professional expertise

• -Strong knowledge of IBM Cloud fundamentals: VPC, compute instances, networking (subnets, security groups, gateways).
• -Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu) — intermediate to advanced CLI proficiency.
• -Infrastructure-as-Code fundamentals: Terraform or Ansible for provisioning and configuration management.
• -Ability to follow and produce technical runbooks and delivery documentation.
• -Scripting proficiency: Bash and/or Python for automation tasks.
• -Collaborative mindset for squad and cross-check working models.
• -Ability to deliver under structured sprint and wave delivery models.
• oEnglish: Advanced level (written and spoken for client interactions).

Preferred technical and professional experience

• - Cloud or industry certifications (Associate level or above).
• Knowledge of migration methodologies: lift & shift, wave planning, Classic to VPC or VMware to OpenShift migrations.
• VMware vSphere administration fundamentals.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated-industry environments (financial sector, government).
• - Experience with ticketing, monitoring, and project management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zabbix, Monday.com).
• ITIL fundamentals — change and incident management basics.
• Automation skills: Terraform modules, Ansible playbooks, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Tekton, ArgoCD).
• - Observability and monitoring: Log Analysis, Cloud Monitoring, Activity Tracker, or equivalent (Datadog, Splunk).
• Experience with data migration tools and integration platforms.
• Firewall and network security basics (policy concepts, VPN, access control).
