DBA SQL Developer at BairesDev

We are seeking DBA SQL Senior Developers to join our development team and work on a variety of projects with multicultural teams from around the world. We are looking for proactive individuals who are team players, passionate about programming in this language, and focused on providing the best experience to the end user. These developers will face numerous technical challenges, so they must use current technologies and get involved in the mobile world, web applications, devices, etc.

What You Will Do:

1. Solve complex integration problems, get clients online faster, and ensure that best practices are followed.
2. Diagnose complex setups and communicate clearly through to resolution.
3. Build internal tools for automation, drive adoption within the team, and foster a collaborative environment.
4. Identify process improvements, come up with solutions, and coordinate efforts with other senior leaders and key partners.
5. Identify and triage system issues and collaborate with our development team to resolve them.
6. Build relationships with outside vendors and partners, including tag management solutions and analytics.
7. Assist with new employee training and onboarding.

Here’s what we are looking for:

1. DBA SQL Development experience of 5+ years and developer experience of 6 years.
2. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
3. Hands-on experience with managing data loads and data quality is a plus.
4. Advanced English level.
