The Role

As part of our Database Administration team, you'll manage and administer our core technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities include configuring, installing, and maintaining database management systems, managing user access with high security standards, developing backup and recovery plans, supporting end users and developers, and implementing policies to protect data. You will also conduct capacity planning, work closely with various teams on database projects, and propose improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

Who You Are

You are experienced, growth-minded, customer-focused, and inclusive. Essential technical skills include:

• z/OS knowledge, including JCL, TSO, SDSF, JES2, ISPF
• DB2 utilities and tools, backup and recovery, performance optimization
• Experience with DB2 systems, supporting application development, creating databases and tablespaces
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred skills include database modeling and project management for DB2 projects.
