The Job
Seeking a Logistics and Inventory Assistant who will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory of hardware and electrical components. Daily responsibilities may include monitoring product inventory and availability, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient operational flow and control.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and warranty claims, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Issue invoices and process logistics documentation.
- Track deliveries and pickups, coordinate with carriers, and communicate with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty activities and follow up with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Organize and manage inventory, including receiving shipments, sorting, packaging, and preparing parts for shipment.
- Label parts, perform physical inspections, and accurately record serial and part numbers.
- Maintain control spreadsheets and generate daily operational and management reports.
- Conduct both physical and system-based inventory checks using ERP systems.
- Identify recurring issues, process deficiencies, or customer concerns, and proactively propose and implement solutions.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, manage time and resources efficiently, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse; assist with minor repairs and general housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years experience in logistics, inventory management, and shipping operations within Datacenter or Computer Hardware environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Quick to master tasks, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Efficient in managing time, energy, and resources in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Basic understanding of invoicing and accounting, including taxes, IPI, ICMS, CFOP.
- Physically capable of performing job duties (e.g., bending, lifting, standing).
- Committed to customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
- Maintains discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- 1+ years of experience in warranty operations, customer service, or order processing is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of import / export processes and computer hardware are a plus.
- English proficiency.
