Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to develop and maintain robust database architectures that support data-driven decision-making. This role plays a critical part in designing and optimizing data repositories, ensuring high performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and manage efficient ETL / ELT pipelines and database scripts.
2. Perform database schema modifications, indexing, and data validation procedures.
3. Resolve database-related issues and optimize system performance.
4. Collaborate with development and analytics teams to ensure data reliability and accessibility.
5. Contribute to the architecture and ongoing improvements of the Data Lake and Data Warehouse.
6. Lead standardization efforts, mentor team members, and enforce best practices.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in database engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL / ELT processes and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB.
• Familiarity with BI tools and system integrations (e.g., Shopify, Recharge).
