What you will do
  1. Ensure coverage during the primary administrator’s absence;
  2. Enhance the team’s capacity to support new initiatives and address system enhancements;
  3. Facilitate knowledge transfer and build redundancy within the team;
  4. Perform audits and reporting related to HR and Finance data;
  5. Support small recruiting tasks and work within iCIMS;
  6. Build reports, make edits, and conduct system audits;
  7. Develop fields and workflows in iCIMS;
  8. Troubleshoot system issues from/for recruiters (errors, user tickets, change requests);
  9. Work with sourcing and recruitment teams to ensure smooth system operations.
Must haves
  1. +3 years of experience in iCIMS administration;
  2. Familiarity with HR, Recruiting and Finance processes;
  3. Strong communication skills for collaborating with multiple teams.
