Data Tech Lead

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead data engineers and scientists in designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions.
2. Work with stakeholders to identify and understand data-related business needs.
3. Design and implement ETL pipelines into data warehouses or data lakes.
4. Maintain data models and schemas for analytics and reporting.
5. Develop data visualization dashboards and reports.
6. Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data solutions.
7. Coordinate and collaborate in integrating data solutions with other systems and processes.
8. Deliver high-quality data solutions, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues.

Main Qualifications required:

Experience with:

• Designing and implementing modern data platforms (Data Fabric, Data Mesh, Data Hubs, Data-driven environments).
• Highly complex environments with large data volumes, including cloud/hybrid implementations.
• Semantic databases, knowledge graphs, structured and unstructured databases.
• Tools such as Hadoop, Cloudera, Apache Hive, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Talend, Informatica, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, and cloud connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with data science, AI/ML projects, Python, Pyspark.
