We’re currently working on expanding our Central Data Team to increase our product portfolio with members who build, create and maintain our data products. The Data Specialist plays a critical role in transforming messy, raw product data into high-quality metrics that our customers rely on to analyze performance and make decisions. The core of this role is applying strong judgment to shape imperfect data into consistent, scalable, and analytically meaningful outputs. Each customer has unique business questions, data structures, and definitions of success. The Data Specialist works closely with internal teams to interpret these needs, resolve ambiguity in the underlying data, and design solutions that balance accuracy, scalability, and customer expectations. This role requires strong analytical thinking, comfort working with incomplete or inconsistent data, and accountability for delivering reliable metrics at scale.
