We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Data Scientist with deep expertise in Generative AI and Advanced Machine Learning to lead strategic initiatives and develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the company’s Generative AI strategy, ensuring innovation and practical large-scale applications.
- Develop and optimize advanced models such as LLMs, Diffusion Models, GANs, and other Generative AI architectures for various domains.
- Build robust MLOps pipelines, from experimentation to deployment and model monitoring in production.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to develop high-impact AI-driven solutions.
- Create frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for generative model development and governance.
- Explore innovative approaches in interpretable ML, reinforcement learning, and AutoML to enhance and optimize AI solutions.
- Act as a technical mentor for senior data scientists and influence strategic decisions within the company.
- Represent Radix at industry events, technical publications, and global AI/ML conferences.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced AI.
- Advanced or Fluent English Skills
- Proven expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.), GANs, Diffusion Models, VAEs, and their applications.
- Strong experience in implementing foundation models at scale, fine-tuning, and adapting LLMs for enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) and SQL for large-scale data manipulation.
- Experience with MLOps and cloud-based model deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using frameworks like Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker, or equivalents.
- Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, NLP, embeddings, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and advanced deep learning techniques.
- Experience in optimizing large-scale inference, including quantization, distillation, and acceleration techniques with GPUs/TPUs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Graph AI and Knowledge Graphs for industrial data modeling.
- Significant contributions to Generative AI research, including scientific publications or open-source projects.
- Experience in Edge AI and embedded AI for industrial applications.
- Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning and Self-Supervised Learning.
