Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
2. Advanced English proficiency.
3. Intermediate Spanish proficiency.

Required Knowledge:

1. Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing, analysis, and model development.
2. Solid understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics.
3. Expertise in developing and deploying predictive models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series, NLP).

Desirable Knowledge:

1. Generative AI: LLMs, Fine-Tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agents.
2. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
3. Familiarity with MLOps practices.
4. Understanding of industrial automation systems (SCADA, IoT, PLC).
5. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Structure, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
2. Develop and validate machine learning models to support business decisions.
3. Build web applications and APIs to operationalize ML solutions.
4. Manage project lifecycle using AGILE and CRISP-DM methodologies.
5. Foster a data-driven culture through internal events, workshops, and training.
6. Replicate and adapt previous projects for other plants or business units.
7. Stay up to date with new tools and technologies to solve emerging challenges.
