Data Scientist

Data Science plays a crucial role in our client's product development and decision-making process. The Data Science team collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to influence the roadmap and gain a deeper understanding of our client's users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product analyses to answer open-ended questions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Design and lead experiments / analyses to measure impact and drive product improvements.
• Develop and maintain key metrics and reports, enhancing data infrastructure for better analysis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python with the Pandas framework (R is also acceptable) for programming and modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Stats, Physics, Computer Science) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with A/B testing, regression models, and understanding user funnels.
• Clear communication, positive energy, continuous learning, and efficient execution.

Pay Range: 60K-75K. Full-time offers from our client also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
