As a Data Scientist, you will work at the intersection of data, business insight, and user experience to drive meaningful impact. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to analyze user behavior, create actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. This role involves preparing, cleaning, and modeling complex datasets, building behavioral personas, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with designers, statisticians, engineers, and developers to extract value from diverse datasets.
  • Support quantitative discovery research and validate data collection instruments such as questionnaires.
  • Contribute to data preparation processes, including cleaning, dimensionality reduction, encoding categorical data, and scaling.
  • Develop and evaluate models, perform cluster analysis, and generate visualizations to communicate results effectively.
  • Assist in creating behavioral personas based on data insights.
  • Document and present results in a clear, concise, and actionable manner for internal and client use.

Candidates should have:

  • Experience with data processing and modeling tools such as Python, R, Google Sheets, or Excel.
  • Proven experience in data-driven projects, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Awareness of current trends and best practices in data science and digital metrics.
