Jobtailor seeks a leader to head Data Quality and AI Governance, aligning data and AI usage with governance, risk, and compliance across business units. You will define metrics, monitor risk, and drive governance maturity.

The role requires expertise in data architecture, MLOps, and observability, with a focus on LGPD compliance and collaboration with Legal, IT, and Risk teams.

• Specific courses in Data Quality and Data Governance; Governance, Ethics, and Risk in Artificial Intelligence; Proven experience leading Data Quality, Governance, or Technology programs.

• Lead the Data Quality and AI Governance team, ensuring integration across data, models, agents, and AI usage


• Define, deploy, and evolve the Data Quality Program (dimensions, metrics, targets, and action plans)


• Establish and chair AI Governance Committees


• Define and monitor indicators for data quality, value, risk, cost, and AI compliance


• Ensure alignment between Business, Data, IT, Legal, Risk, and Compliance areas


• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (e.g., LGPD and internal policies) in the use of data and AI


• Report to executive leadership on the maturity, risks, and progress of Data and AI Governance
