Opportunity in Emergency Medical Services focused on data management and reference data governance. Role emphasizes developing reference data processes, aligning with data lake and analytics strategies, and contributing to data-driven patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of reference data processes, ensuring alignment with data lake and analytics strategies.
• Build and maintain comprehensive reference data for hospitals, transportation providers, and customer profiles to enhance workflows.
• Conduct research to maintain an accurate database of U.S. air ambulance bases and implement policies for data maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize reference data across critical systems.
• Develop reports and visualizations for data analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data management roles, including database administration and data governance.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehouse technologies with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Domo.
• Proven ability to manage reference databases and maintain data quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in healthcare, air and ground medical transport, or dispatch environments.
• Skilled in spatial analysis with GIS experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Azure or Snowflake and governance tools such as Purview or Collibra.
