A leading benefits technology firm is seeking an experienced professional for a remote data integration role. You will configure and maintain data feeds with insurance carriers and analyze account structures. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in benefits administration technology and are proficient in Excel. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and maintain eligibility file feeds and connectivity with insurance carriers, TPA's, payroll providers, HRIS systems, and other vendors
- Establish and manage data exchanges and integrations between benefits administration platforms and third-party vendors
- Analyze account structure documentation and develop mapping and translations of data elements
- Communicate and collaborate with insurance carriers, clients, partners, and internal teams throughout the implementation of new integrations
- Monitor SFTP transmission and troubleshoot issues with data delivery and receipt
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in data integration, benefits administration technology, or a related field
- Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload and large data sets while maintaining data integrity
- Expert in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas & functions
