BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as a Data Entry & Product Tagger in Latin America & the Caribbean. You will play a crucial role in converting static documents into shoppable digital experiences. You will be responsible for tagging products within digital catalogs by drawing bounding boxes around items and entering related codes and prices into the software.

Responsibilities

• Tag products within digital catalogs by drawing bounding boxes around items (e.g., chairs, lamps).
• Enter related codes, prices, and product details into the software system.
• Maintain high attention to detail, as tagging errors can directly affect catalog usability.
• Handle a high volume of work, including catalogs that can be up to 60 pages in length.
• Manage continuous demand due to regular promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail is crucial for this role.
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks with high accuracy.
• Reliability and commitment to the role are more important than advanced skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Excellent verbal and written Spanish skills.
• Good computer skills, specifically with using a mouse / trackpad for precise drawing.
• Comfortable working with software interfaces and digital documents.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in data entry or content moderation.
• Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital catalogs or e-commerce.

Schedule

Full-time. Hours can be flexible as long as deliverables and SLAs are met.
