Data Engineering Lead (Databricks) at BairesDev

We are looking for a Data Engineering Lead to join our Development team and lead impactful data solutions across global, multicultural projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Databricks, data engineering, and scalable architectures to optimize and enhance business-critical applications.

What You’ll Do:

- Work with Databricks to design and implement high-impact data solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, tech leads, and solution architects to build scalable and efficient applications.
- Improve and optimize existing data structures, adding new functionalities and implementing technological updates.
- Enhance user experience on scalable and high-availability platforms, contributing to the key differentiators of each business.
- Lead technical initiatives, ensuring best practices in data engineering, architecture, and performance optimization.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience in Data Engineering with expertise in Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of big data processing, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based data solutions.
- Background in solution architecture and scalable system design.
- Experience integrating high-availability and high-performance platforms.
- Advanced level of English.
