The role emphasizes building data lakehouse structures, collaborating with analysts and data scientists, and applying governance and security controls across the Azure environment.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building data pipelines and ingestion systems on Azure Databricks.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data transformation, cleaning, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of Azure-native services and cloud data architecture.
• Hands-on experience supporting analytics and reporting workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines for large-scale ingestion and transformation using Azure Databricks.
• Implement and optimize ETL/ELT processes to convert raw data into structured formats suitable for downstream consumption.
• Build and manage data lakehouse architectures, ensuring data consistency and reliability across storage layers.
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to define data requirements and develop models for complex queries.
• Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks to ensure data platform stability.
• Apply data governance and quality controls to maintain data integrity and security.
