We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. The responsibilities include:

1. Designing, building, and optimizing data architecture, pipelines, and data warehouse models.
2. Developing and maintaining scalable data marts to support data insights and analytics.
3. Working with tools such as Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and AWS to build and automate data workflows.
4. Writing efficient, well-documented SQL and Python code for data processing and transformation.
5. Leveraging Terraform, GitHub, and CI/CD practices to manage infrastructure as code.
6. Collaborating with business and technical teams to translate data needs into actionable insights.
7. Ensuring data integrity, security, and governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in data architecture, data pipelines, and data warehouse modeling.
• Hands-on expertise in Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and AWS.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, and Python for data transformations.
• Experience with GitHub, Terraform, and CI/CD for data infrastructure automation.
• Proven track record in designing and managing large-scale data marts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Background in banking, financial services, credit cards, or fintech, preferably in a startup environment.
