Data Engineer Role

We are seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data architecture, pipelines, and data warehouse models.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining scalable data marts to support data insights and analytics.
2. Building and automating data workflows using Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and AWS.
3. Writing efficient, well-documented SQL and Python code for data processing and transformation.
4. Managing infrastructure as code with Terraform, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
5. Collaborating with business and technical teams to translate data needs into actionable insights.
6. Ensuring data integrity, security, and governance in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in data architecture, pipelines, and data warehouse modeling.
• Hands-on expertise with Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and AWS.
• Strong skills in SQL, dbt, and Python for data transformations.
• Experience with GitHub, Terraform, and CI/CD for automation.
• Proven experience managing large-scale data marts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Background in banking, financial services, credit card, or fintech, ideally in a startup environment.
