Descrição da oferta de emprego

Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
2. Ensure a positive customer experience and high CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimizing rejected resolutions or reopened cases.
3. Participate in creating proposals to drive service improvement plans for the EN business.
4. Independently resolve tickets, ensuring SLA commitments for volume and time are met.
5. Support on-call escalations, provide L3 level support, and handle incident and problem management.
6. Engage in value-adding activities such as updating and managing the knowledge base, training new hires, coaching analysts, and participating in hiring processes.

Required Skills:

1. Experience in building Data Lakes and Data Warehouses.
2. Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
3. Experience in developing streaming and batch pipelines.
4. Proficiency with SQL engines, cloud platforms, and customer-facing projects.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with clients and manage expectations at both executive and technical levels.
6. Proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Preferred Skills:

1. Proven experience with cloud providers, preferably GCP.
2. Experience with GCP Data Services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Composer, and Cloud SQL.
3. Experience with NoSQL engines.
